I LOVE ritz crackers.
you should be eating saltine crackers and drinking 7 up or ginger ale. it'll help settle your stomach.

its best i could find in the house. i figure water should help with dehydration. and the ritz don't upset my stomach too much, plus the buttery flavor is awesome! but things are looking up for me today.
idk i felt sick yesterday morning, i bailed after my first class yesterday morning, because i felt this bad feeling inside....been knocking out for chunks at a time for the last 24 hours...and it's been miserable idk i either have some kind of food poisoning from the sushi i ate wednesday, or i got the stomach flu from my sister, who just got over it.

I had that last week for around 12 hours, so I stumbled down to the nurse's office and got a saline IV with medicine mixed for dehydration and to settle my stomach. After a three hour long nap I was good.

seriously anytime i have the flu or cant keep anything down, i smoke a bowl, kick back for half an hour then i get the munchies, eat, then smoke another bowl and fall asleep

Wheat bread with beef jerky. I know this sounds gross but it works, you get all the protein and other vitamins that you're body is purging out. You also need some kinda fluid that will stay in you such as Gatorade.

if you have food poisoning, avoid lots of sugar. (ie Gatorade)
I remember when I got it I looked up food poisonig and apparently it's one of the biggest misconceptions out there. The stuff in gatorade helps but the sugar makes it worse

Yeah, the purpose of the bread and beef jerky is that it won't go through your system as fast since it's all dry foods. The Gatorade is actually formulated to stay in your body, this will help since your body is purging all the fluids out of it.

Really, that's interesting. Whenever I get food poisoning (which is pretty often because of the foods I eat), I resort to bread, beef jerky, and Gatorade, it always helps. Especially if you have diarrhea.
