As of 12/26/09 I vow to workout everyday, eat right, and not untill my next birthday. I wanna be able take off my shirt at at least one beach cruise this coming summer. I'm getting my fucken 6pack back and beefing up. Its time for drastic change.

mine was by my belly button, i was squating 2 plates and i somehow lost my balance, and instead of dropping the weights i pulled back up and regained control bad idea, next thing you know im showering at home and i realize i have a ball by my belly button
