and I WOULD definitely recommend a hot bath for you mat, get some chloraseptic, and soak in the tub for a little while, see if you can't help relax the tummy muscles

Matt... where is it? I might take pics there FRIDAY before the LAX meet.... I know i went down the Long street (WALNUT) where they tested their 8 for videos a long time ago... but i couldnt find them!!!!!
