The midpipe, intake, or Premix does **** for MPG. However if your premixing its best to get a midpipe so you don't clog up your cat. I run an HKS hi-power with RP supercat and its loud as hell and smells horrible. But man the power that thing makes after 5 k is orgazmic
just keep the pedal light and use cruise control. anywhere between 3k and 3.5k is optimal for mpg.
oh yea change your oil flush your coolant and check your tire pressure. and change yrou wiper blades.

I did extensive MPG testing with the stock cat in many different situations altitudes rpm levels ETC. I averaged out to about 22 hwy and 18 city.
So now I have the RP super cat on Ive over 1500 miles on it and i have seen no difference in MPG's.

maybe its the different driving styles and how different the were is on our engines and i just have a b&b midpipe and you have a super cat lots of variables, i am going to admit my exhaust smells awful lol my dad walks by and gets a wiff of my exhaust fumes hes like damn your running really rich you need to buy that chip already

niiiice rev wanting a mp after u sold me yours haha. im pretty damn sure i have the loudest exhaust in socal i think everyone who went to the beach cruise will agree hahaha
