As for supplements, Creadrive works great. Esp used with Whey protein. I bulk up quick with this stuff and it gives you a rush when you work out.

thats the thing im not tryin to bulk up, just last year i weighed about 160 and the previous year was at about 145 (actaully droppin down to 135 and back up to 150 within weeks) but i got on the scale and it read 188!!! w00t w00t, no one can call me skinny anymore...but yeah im gonna do my routine again, and was wondering if anyone had any good supplements i can take

alright ill try lookin for that **** tomorrow, i just picked up some whey complex stuff, itll give me my daily protein and itll help with recovering, cus i hate the sore **** the next day...i dont want any type of energy crap, ill get the jitters and feel like im on meth, and god i hate that stuff

oh well, im gonna try this sh*t out tomorrow first thing in the morning, get to work and start doing push ups and pull up, do curls with some **** that i find there, drink water the whole day, come home and drink some more and do a full work out with the actual weights, then go out and skate around the neighborhood twice

The one thing is, if you do decide to try the creadrive, it does have creatine in it. I do not know if you know how creatine works, but it basically deprives your muscles of fluids so they rip more, i.e. helps you build muscle faster. The thing with it is that you have to drink alot of fluids (aka water) so you do not pull a muscle. The good thing is that Creadrive has a low percent of creatine versus creatine monohydrate. So, it does not dry out your muscles as much as the latter.
