According to wiki, Costa Mesa and Irvine have the highest density of Japanese people in California.

There's this ramen place that I know of and it's to die for. The noodle is fresh, they make it right there in front of you, you can also order how hard or soft the noodle is. It's located in Costa Mesa, one of the best.

i've never tried real ramen...after watching a movie that was set in japan and a ramen shop it desperatly made me want to try it! dang it i wanna go!

i thought it would be torrance or gardena that has a lot fo japanese people.
