mike, land the f'ckin' job damn it...

dress well, speak correctly (avoid slang) and be on point with all your responses...none of that 'well ummmmm' or 'uhhhhhh' bullshit...

oh gawd yes, never say "um" or "uh" in an interview. When I interview ppl, if they say either once, I cut them from the list of possibilities
