Yea it sux, I was talking about it on this thread last night. As for what I am going to do, I dunno. Either I am going to get a cheap DD and look to get another 8 in a few months, or I am going to just jump right back into another 8. If I lived closer to work, I wouldn't hesitate to jump right back into an 8, but I put a sh*t load of miles on my 8 in the 6 months I owned it. Bought it with 48k in Dec '08, totalled it with 71k Aug '09.

Well, its 50 miles to work for me, one way so you figure atleast 100miles get put on it in a day. That adds up. This is why I am thinking of getting a DD before getting another 8.

holy crap rory, 100 mile commute every day? that's like death in socal. 35miles at the most - our traffic makes it seem like 100 one way.

w/a commute like that i wouldn't blame you if you got a DD first.

It is mostly highway and I leave after rushhour so it is a smooth drive, but the miles on the car are killer.
