i'm trying to work on that as well but i sprained my ankle recently..things have been alright overall though dozer...
anyways, creatine doesn't isn't bad. personally i don't like using anything but whey.
.but a lot of my friends use it and its had good results...key is to drink a lot of water...basically it helps remove lactic acid from your muscles that repair torn muscles which are what builds bigger muscle...which causes the sore feeling after lifting...and replenishes ATP in your body which pretty much is the energy source your body needs when working out..not garbage at all...i'm not sure about how about it is for your organs, but i guess it depends on how much you're taking and how much you take...its all about taking your supplements correctly...
anyways my weight lifting coach used a pyramid type of workout and i thought it worked well i saw great results strenth wise and it made helped with my figure too..its a great program

i like my routines now because they are more varried and i push myself more cause its like a comp, and it doesnt hurt that my friends dad used to be an all natural body builder so he knows wassup

yeah the only thing i use i whey, but i guess my method works for me, i learned that back in high school, and i love how it did miracles, but people have different metabolism's...

seems like we are all in a consensus and use only whey, im just gonna say im scared of some of the **** people take, my friends jay ad adrian were pretty big in highschool, and they worked at max mscle they would seriously take 15-30 pills a day and i realized if they were on their test booster cycle, or estrogen blocker they would get moody, we made fun of adrians tatoos and he would get all angry, and i would notice that jay would get all emo and his girlfriend would be like he pms's more than me

its sometimes pretty obvious to tell if someone is on more than just protein..
anyways woord. personally never tried creatine, but i think it does work, if i get serious about lifting i think i'd use it.
one thing i hate though is NOxplode that stuff is crap and waste of money.
my friends use to waste like $30 every couple weeks on that stuff..dumb..its just some stupid energy thing, gets you freakin jacked for a couple of hours...

i'm not sure i didn't hear anything like that..but definitely sounds plausible.
seriously though it gets you freakin jacked you're wired for a few hours and can't do anything but that.
