my dad has anger issues, and he thinks he's always right. so every time he sees something different with my car, he starts yapping off, and saying why replace it, if it wasnt broken, or they say, what are you doing now. they assume that i am "breaking" my car because of what i am doing.
like i installed my sideskirts myself, painted and mounted them all during the night. the next day i had them on he came up to me and gave me a pissed off look. at this point, i dont really care anymore, i just dont want to deal with all the bs. i'd rather have him find out when its already on the car, rather than the whole time im installing it and when its already installed.
the same thing with the interior swap. took me 3 hours to take all the panels and rear seats out. for the first time doing it, i think it went pretty well. just hated the front doors though.

oh top of that, freaking jackasses at DDMtuning!
i ordered an HID kit for my fogs and my lowbeams. although the HIDs are great, they freaking sent me the wrong bulbs.
the fogs are both 3k, but for my lowbeams they sent me one 6k and one [that looks] 8k.

i waited a month for these bulbs, and they cant even get it right. now i have to drive all the way to Huntington Beach or San Diego to straighten this crap out. why? well i am not waiting another ******* month for them to get it right. i saw another customer [facebook page] had the same issue, took FOREVER for them to get it done, plus they werent that great handling the situation.
these people dont care about customer service what so ever.
live chat support - yea right, they're always offline
email - they never [ever] respond back
tracking numbers - nope, never sent me one
ship trackr - piece of crap, kept saying my order was shipped, then it kept delaying the date
calling - put on hold for the longest ******* time, then straight out BS you on when your order is shipping out. they told me my order shipped out 2 weeks ago.
ive heard good things about their bulbs, but i never really thought their customer service was this bad.
