Jedi: i have no idea what the retail on them is and i really don't know what the forum vendors are slanging them at - i'm gonna go on a limb here n' say they're a pretty penny.
Shady: The variants are sexy. Always wanted a set. i'm gonna lurk some more.

K3's are nice because they're not ridiculously priced yet are very well made and functional.
The Ohlins are BALLER. Pretty sure Ac3mastuh has them which are overkill for a street car but he gets credit for having them.
Having driven xdeedubbx's and Ngo's cars, I'm quite partial to the HKS. They had different versions, one had the RS and the other car was Hypermax II's. HKS never disappoints.

I still go back at 6 for another 4 hour!!! Freaking floor updates. Pretty much taking down everything and putting new crap up. Builing walls/shelves/ hanging racks..... But I get hours ftw!!!!! Haha.

Atilla I believe the Bilsteins are like around $1800 from vendors...so ya it is a pretty penny. I would go with the Pro-7's. Personally though spending that much is like for a track set up or something that kinda overkill for street driving

If your gonna go for a good street setup that can also be used for track I would stick to about $1500 as your price range. Cause you can go a lot with $1500....Tanabe Pro-7's, HKS Hipermax III, Greddy Type-S, Apexi S1...and for just $100 more some Tein Flex

Any of you guys live or work in the Van Nuys area?
I keep finding good Miatas for sale there, and would be handy to know someone that would be willing to take a peek at one every so often.
This one for example. It's a repo, but otherwise exactly what I am looking for. A few others have popped up in the area as well.
