yea I actually bought something from him that needs fixing. granted I got a great price on it but still. if you sell something and say it works for this application and it doesn't, then it really doesn't matter how much you charged them.

damn j03, that's harsh.
how the hell did the bolt break in the 1st place? The problem with fixing that is if they have to drop the engine, that's very labor intensive for a shop to do.

Hope you figure out a way to make it work! Maybe some forum members can help you with the job?

I'm sorry to hear this detrimental news J03....I'd help if I could
Hell, I'd be under your car in a miniskirt and a bikini top if that would make things better
*hugs* I'm just glad you didn't get hurt or anything like that...

Just try to keep things in perspective and you'll begin to feel better sooner than later. That is exactly how I felt when my motor went. I was reminded that nobody was hurt, nothing was permanently wrong, and that in 2 years from the experience I would laugh about it. Though it does really REALLY suck at the moment, as if **** couldn't be worse - it really could be worse.

dude you dont need to pull your engine...
its quite simple pull the front cover. use a bolt extractor to take the bolt out or drill it out. new gasket for the front cover, and water pump gasket, and side water outlet inlet thingy gasket, new front main seal, o ring for the e shaft bolt.
Parts like what $50? labor $300 with your help and anyone else who wants to learn
I just gotta verify that I can borrow my friends tools and we should be good. Just gotta find a place to do it at.
**** call up SR motorcars see if you can rent a lift and his tools for like $100 for the weekend.
