Cruisin' down the street
Well it's that time again.. oil change time. Instead of having my friend help me I'm doing it solo this time, anyways, I want your opinions on oil/filters. I used the oem mazda filter and castrol non synthetic but am thinking about doing a mobile 1 full synthetic and 1008 filter from mobile 1 again. Any recommendations? Should I switch to full synth or should I stay non synthetic if so, are there any alternatives to oem filter that are good? I don't feel like ordering online or driving to the dealership basically. So. Synthetic vs Non Synthetic and if either which oil/oil filter. Don't say royal purple, I don't have $60 to spend on oil. I know it's been covered a lot, but from what I have read, nothing is really conclusive at all and everything is opinion, so I'd like to get your opinion.

not sure how much the mazda branded filter is, just a hassle to go to the dealer instead of getting it at the same place where you get your oil.
