yah, the guy has pretty good taste. Not sure if it was bern who picked out last year's courtyard but it was a good lot.

Maximus36, Arr_ex_eight, Ngorx8, Jedi54, Phillipchan and a nice wwp (forgot who that was).

I hope to be in the courtyard this year, but it's not lookin' good because money is gonna be tight

Rubber on wut? Oh.....nevermind

265 I'm guessing?

On a side note, it would be nice to join everyone at SS this year but unless we (RIWWP if he stills goes) or I get more funding somehow, I don't see it happening. I don't have the planning for 2k+ to shell out for the trip at the moment. Not unless I'm able to sell an old race car for 5k stored at my parents place back in NY I haven't ran in a few years. There just isn't any market with the economy right now and it's tough to sell anything in that area.

Would be nice though.

rev8: they've done court yard selections in different ways during the years.
For a while, the guys from the SoCal RX Club would pick cars as they pulled in, then one year they had people email them pics and they voted amongst themselves and last year they threw up a thread for people to nominate themselves and then the RX8club voted for the top cars.
Last year's was a good method (IMO) because it let all of us pick for some of our favorites to ensure those guy made it onto the courtyard and then they hand picked a few on the spot as the cars pulled in. Last year's top vote getter was NgoRX8 (making his 3rd straight courtyard appearance) and numbers 2-4 all were on the courtyard as well. Once those guys were up there, they selected a few more of us to help show case the RX-8's.

'nilla no idea. However I do know where it's defined as in too much of something. In other words, it's well known Mustangs are like cl*ts....every ***** has one.

Rev: that actually makes sense. Too bad that in the sense in which we use it today it means something completely different. - more along the lines of what 'laze said lol

shady: i'm gonna go ahead and say it's because from a certain perspective, people who emulate a weaker species are automatically inferior. This perspective being the typical male chauvinist.

There's also those who use religion as their backing and that's a whole nother story...
