Unless you plan on hauling ****, I would get a mid sized truck; better gas mileage for its purpose. All my previous trucks were mid-size trucks (S-10's, Colorado) and did great for what I needed them for. Even loaded up my sports bike in them. Their beds are just as big as the full sized ones. So unless you are an all out truck guy or are using it for hauling, there's practically (key word) no use for a full size one.
I always got bedrug instead of rhino liner; protects **** wayyyyyyyy better. I'd only get rhino liner if I was working and living on a farm throwing tools and machinery crap back there all the time.

I absolutely hate Ford trucks. My mother has gone through 3 via trade ins, saw firsthand how bad some assembly lines can be with mixing the wrong parts not to mention the interiors are the biggest piece of **** I've ever seen as well as uncomfortable.
The only other brand I'd consider for a truck other than Chevy which is the same thing as GMC is Dodge

The bigger a company gets, the more loopholes or short cuts get taken.
