Nonsense! They always say it's too big or it won't fit but I always prove them wrong!

pfft...VIP's can run 215's on a 10.5

like rev said, it won't be much for performance, but it'll work.

245's on 10" isn't too bad.

You like to drive aggressively? In that case, you don't really want a staggard setup.

If you look at the recommended specs Adam, a 245 works on a 9.5, maximum. Over that is stretching beyond the recommendation, but doesn't mean it can't or won't work even if it results in worst tire performance.

Well, to sum it up; the RX-8 was designed with the same tire size all around. If you go staggard then you will upset the neutral handling of the car be it oversteer or understeer. People likes staggard because it looks nice and makes it look like you're pushing 500whp but destroys handling.

I don't think so, no.

Wait, are we talking 245's all around, or staggered?

If staggered well, I'd have to agree with Ren

But then again, I'd ignore all the disadvantages of a staggard setup and go with what everyone else is saying since it will make the 8 look so much nicer.

If he's doing 9.5 in the rear then I guarantee you that it's going to be a staggard setup.
