Example of me spewing bullshit out of my mouth.
Doctor: This X-Ray don't do me any good. It have no diagnostic value at all to me. Why did you take such an X-Ray?
Me: (Starts bullshitting to save my ***) This is what I was taught in class, in fact, this is the new Camp-Coventry method where you go through the anterior side instead of the postierior side. If you look here (This is where I grabbed the marker and started bullshitting and circling key structures) and here, this gives you a very nice view of the joint spaces.
Then I forgot what I said but something about my method is 100x better than the workers there and some how my BS worked and the doctor believed me.
Basically, I wanted to save my own *** by BS'ing and it worked. The best part about the doctors I work with is that they don't know **** about X-Rays, they just look at them.

Also, as long as you get the right stuff in view, it can be diagnosed.
EDIT: I also find it quite funny how the doctors sometimes don't know what they're looking at so I have to outline the landmarks and what they're trying to find sometimes. This is also my last internship before I'm done with everything, I finished my other internship in Fullerton about two weeks ago.
