'laze: i agree - i definitely like the first one a lil' more. Def had a better sense of urgency n' a lil' darker imo. But eh - oh wellz.
it's kinda tough for me to get back into forza 3 for drifting bcz now there are just so many 'purchased tunes' and 'copy cat tunes' that anybody can just plug em' into any car and whoop on an expert w/a mediocre skill level (not to mention you can always just purchase a 'cheater car'). The ranking system that they had is basically useless now. The only time i drift now is if one of my buddies ask me to. The track events are still kinda fun tho. I'd still take my r33 skyline or my gt2 against any S class on tskuba or maple.

TBH, with the software ability hacks out there now, any game that shows leaderboards will have hacks, just the way people are. Every 360 game I've got that has a leaderboard or MP ability, is easy to pick out the hacks. MW2 had it within the same week it came out.

Wow
Surprised anyone called that out as I was in my late teens when the game was out and myself and my senior classmates played that game endlessly against each other.
I tried it again years later and couldn't get the feel of it again down but it was a lot of fun while it lasted.
For me the best FPS was and always will be Quake when it was out for PC. That game had the best game play for the weapons, speed, and interaction out of any games I've played to date. The later versions went down the tube.

Another great game Rev! I played that game in my mid-college years for a while. In fact I entered a gaming tournament on campus pwning everyone and in the finals the guy I played I managed to get him to kill himself a lot I wound up winning a video card that was one of the best you could get at the time.
God, I feel old now.

Nah, I doubt I was ever good enough to go pro.
I thought of getting back into PC games with SC2 as I played the 1st when it came out in the 90's. Kinda funny how it wasn't nearly as popular as it is now when it came out but people came on more and more in the 2000's when it was out for years. Anyhow, just at this point not gonna blow money anymore on building another gaming rig; sticking to consoles. Played or rather, wasted, enough of my life on games solely.

^Well not so much that, just want to do different things in life. Perspectives always change as you get older even if the opportunity is still there.

Unreal tournament was SICKKKKK! I loved playing that game when it first came out. I swear my eyes were bleeding becuase i stopped blinking 0_0'
*sigh* those were the days.
The only games i'm good at any more are fighting games - kinda rough tho for me because my cousin is a pro (no seriously, he's represented california and the U.S. in the world tournaments). Every time i think i'm decent he comes by n' schools me. I put up a good fight every time but i can never put together a definitive winning streak...at least on 2d games anyways. 3d games i kick his *** (side scrolling parry monster ftw!)
