im sure Cobb is not the only device that can do that...but that is also the part about the kit that worried me. Idk man I guess we will have to wait and see when the times comes and how I decide to spend.

What I really should be doin is getting some things that I have been meaning to get like a hi-flow cat from davesport, the passenger side fender liner thats missing, and some other misc stuff.

Anyways man so with all this turbo and everything have you had time to sort out plans for wheels or is that still far away and up in the air.

ZEX-

4-6 Cylinder EFI Wet Nitrous System
Price: $645.70

*Includes jets for adding 55-75 horsepower
*Active Fuel Control™ monitors bottle pressure & adds or subtracts enrichment fuel for maximum engine safety & power
*Designed for stock type engines but will also work on highly modified engines

ROGER* no spacer

Roger---**AFC is like using a piggyback on a Turbo Kit instead of getting a COBB to tune it. A piggy back has preset MAPS to where they are garbage like on the GREDDY kit piggyback ECU and it doesnt take in consideration any other mods you might have to get the full potential of your set-up.

BHR
ZEX Blackout Wet Nitrous Kit
$575.00
*
*The ZEX blackout kit is perfect for anyone looking to have the most professional looking system. Combined with the BHR throttle body spacer and stealth nozzle you can have a truly hidden, and easily reversible, installation.

*Comes with ZEX Spacer or you can purchase BHRs

*****either way you gonna need a COBB AP....

Roger I also hate the fact Im gonna need an AP but better safe then sorry... and when most "Overboosted Overlords" have one.... im on the same boat. When I was like "yes i have a turbo kit" lets install...."no no no" theres pieces to that crappy Turbo kit that need to be modified or swapped to be safe and reliable....

Examples...
*piping couplings are garbage and become loose (reason i asked EAZY about upgraded T.Bolt clamps) which are pricey.
*piggyback is garbage with garbage maps
*some other crap that has to be welded
*need Greddy oil pan
*oil/water adapter for gauges
*GRIP MORE ****
none of which i was like wtf? more money?

Roger get a MENTOR (Easy obviously) they give advice because they been there done that and can possibly help you with the install

GREGS is my mentor in my build... he has done 3 RX8 Turbo installs (2 for himself and 1 for KONIG which after 10k mi is still running like a champ). Not only that but hes been boosted before with a 240 so he has experience and knowledge.

ya Zumn I have sent Easy some PM's in the past inquiring about the Zex kits...but honestly im not lookin for anything to pricey or too powerful. Just want something conservative that gives me some pickup when I need it....ehnce why I mentioned the safeshot.

ya thats the hard part. I wish I could go big and do it right like with the AP and all but thats just not something I can afford. With all that in mind maybe I should stick to some small stuff and keep money for maintenance until I can afford to get it all done right with the AP and all.

+1 being ur DD you dont want nothing to happen cuz you never know & you'd want have a back up DD even a bucket or street bike. In my case my new DD is a 2.0L 4 cyl '99 Hyundai Elantra thats probably faster than my 8. But then even that I dont drive because we use company trucks . Sounds cool but our work schedule is ******* ridiculous & random & we are always on call to our Bosses

We'll discuss this further when I get back from the Car show today.
