well technically i could've been raped....financially anyways.

problem was i didn't know it was flooded. At first it cranked - then it didn't - then i noticed it wasn't clicking?? I got some jumper cables and did the 'oh it might be the battery' dance n' low and behold...nothing happened..Hit up john, he came thru - we did a quick version of the deflood method and was up n' going in 20 minutes.

w00t w00t!

Uber fast deflood on a AT FTW! The only thing I was worried about was the starter overheating and dieing on us.

yeah, iono if this has ever happened to any 06' and up models...either MT or AT??

either way. What basically happened was the last day i was here - i came home from work. The car sat for about 2 to 3 hours - then i moved it really quickly to the front of my house and shut it off while it was still cold. THEN took off for about 4 days. I could see how this could've happened to an 04 or 05 but didn't think it would happen to an 06'

guess i should've read those 'i flooded my car' threads

You don't have to read them any more since you know how to deflood it now.

Yeah, it's ok though. At the rate the 8 depreciate, a set of good rims might cost as much as the car.

Hell, a Greddy Turbo Kit is worth 1/3 of an 04 already.
