Sephy: that picture ryan took illustrating my look is actually not too far off. 
i'd be wearing a dress shirt tho and my hair isn't straight...and i'm not white...you know what...expession is about the most accurate thing in that picture now that i look at it...

i just noticed this morning that i've lost almost 25lbs since the beginning of this year. I'm liking how my upper body is looking and my lower half is still impressive as always (
) lol - but my middle section is seriously killin' me...

Tilla, keep the cardio up. You won't lose gut flab until last. A couple years back I excercised for 6 months straight, lost 40 LBS (went down to 160), and i still had a flab flap kicking around.. Sometimes it's just hereditary, ya dig? :P

ugh...that blows ***! Guess i just gotta suck it up and keep at it...what kinda cardio should i be lookin' at though?? I can't run for too long, not so much because of endurance but i have a busted knee from sports that begins to ache after a while. I don't have access to an eliptical and no pools near by that i trust.
