and plus how he act was so uncall for... pushing against my car searching me... cursing why was i driving crazy... at the end told me .. dont speed and started to be nice i was like Wtf???

Izzy, two years ago I was in my car pulling my gym bag from the passenger side and a cop pulled right next to me asking me if it was my car, so I answered "yes" and he asked me where I live and I said "we are right in front of my house. He then asked me for license and crap..he must of asked me if that was my car like 3 or4 times. By then I was pissed off so then he was flashing inside my car and asked if I had anything ilegal and asked if I had a problem with him checking the car. I then told him that I wanted to speak to his captain and wanted to see a search warrant & told him straight out that he was not going to look for anything so after all this deal he drove away. I wasn't going to let this pig punk me....haha bitch cop.

he cant search you or your car unless he has a warrant for your arrest/ and or search warrant from a judge to search any of your property. What he did was illegal. Didnt I tell you that when that happened to me? If you are doing something illegal (racing/ DUI, naked while driving, etc.) then yes... they can search your car, but only after they arrest you first.

Anyways, who's picking up a copy of Bad Company 2 this Tuesday?
I already got my copy but due to some "foreseen" complications, I can't play online until I go out and get another copy. The single player is pretty intense but I got it mainly for the online experience.

Yeah, if you ever get pulled over by a cop, and they wanna randomly search your car, then just ask them for their Captain to be present while they search your car.
1. Their captain is not going to waste their time getting to the location just for a random search.
2. The Captain knows its illegal without a warrant signed by a Judge, or have a reason to arrest you and then Intake your property which then does give them right to search you and your property.
3. You can tell them that they will be able to search your car once you call your Lawyer (then they will back off)
Once you tell them one of the above reasons they will back off and mostly get mad and ticket you for whatever illegal things you do have on your car. Littlest things such as that Blue LED you have on the plates or your TINT... which Im sure is LEGAL. Other than that I'd tell the office to please stop wasting my time and violating my rights. Many ppl's rights get violated because they dont know their basic rights.

You were going 55mph then sped up to 60... which you should of have.. because if they wanted to they can ticket you for that. A police officer can LEGALLY stop your car if he has reasonable suspicion that a crime/violation has ocurred. Once you are pulled over, if the officer has Probable Cause, he may then search your vehicle. Probable cause (defined as: Apparent facts discovered through logical inquiry that would lead a reasonably intelligent and prudent person to believe that an accused person has committed a crime)
you have no right to demand that the officer's captain be present for a vehicle search, in fact you have NO legal right to ask for anyone else to be present. As long as the Officer has PC, the search is not a violation of your 4th amendment rights.
As for Ocho: that's REALLY weird that the officer would do that in front of your house, the only thing that I can think of is that there was a stolen car that matched your car's description or the vehicle was similar to a car that had recently been used in a crime. Either way, in california a person has no reasonable expectation of privacy inside a vehicle since our cars have windows and anyone can view inside so what the officer did by looking inside is legal. Had he opened your trunk or moved anything around inside your car then he would have needed PC to conduct that search.
Sorry guys, I know some police officers out there can be ******** but you guys need to familiarize yoursleves with your rights and what you can and CANNOT expect to happen during a traffic stop.

all i know is when we got busted for drifting, cops brought the narcotics dog tey smelt every car and for some reason mine smelt like it and the dog started barking, and cop asked if i had weed in the car, i politely told him no sir i dont do it you can search my car if you want, he siad he was not allowed to thats why i believe its the same as the home warrent laws, unless they are looking for you such as crime and or parole violation they dont need search warrent they can bust in your house, but they can nly use visible stuff as evidence, and they cant use whatever they found while ransacking.

<---- probable cause right there. Any DICK cop can make "Probable Cause" out of nowhere. A cop can pull up along side of you and see your eyes super red. He might think you are high as hell, but little does he know that you just finished balling out tears.

Mike - Home warrant laws... cops can only search for/the belongs of the name listed on the warrant. If they are searching for your brother... they can only search in his room and his belongings. They cannot search the whole house. If the Warrant is for the whole house, they can search the whole house.<--- This is one fact that IM 100% sure on. Been Raided before many times. (3- dont ask)

Probable Cause: Bullshit excuse that cops use. Simple as that.
I had 2 friends and 1 cousin get killed by cops due to "probable cause"..... Cops are given way too much authority now-a-days. Someone needs to keep the PIG-PEN in check. 1 of my friends family sued and won. My cousins case got big Media Attention as is heading towards a win. The cops in the area have even went around and threatened neighbors kids and family members, that if they testified as witnesses.. bad **** would happen.

yeah they get caught up on PAID-LEAVE. Even more bullshit, ya know? The reason my cousin got killed by a cop was because a couple years back he made a complaint on a Cop and had that Cop Demoted for Harrassment. This was just the cops retaliation, but did he really have to kill him? No. I dont want to say anything else. But as they say, what goes around comes around and time will only show.
