Change of Plans: Well, it seems that I have a Paypal spending Monthly limit of $500. Which I am down to $100. So that means I might not have my wheels for DYNO DAY . I have to pay the guys for shipping, so if I cant figure out a different way with the guy then the wheels are going nowhere.

I upgraded mine and it didn't cost me anything.
