Dozer: yeah man, been doin' some leanin' out. 
Trying to do more cardio ish with my busted knee 
kinda tough but kane gave me a new work out sched to help out. 
doin' lighter weights but more reps. 15-20 reps each 4 to 6 sets each. Same ol' ish, bench, curls, incline, decline, freeweights, core stuff etc.
I'm thinkin' all my maxes might've gone up since the beginning of the year but i gotta check it out...

tubing: elyptical(sp)?? swimming?? I'm right now thinkin' about startin' up a swim workout every weekend at the beach - but i'm scared of rip tides takin' me out
iknow where you're coming from tho - my knee is still busted. I can only run a mile n' a half before my knee gives out which sucks because i'm no where near winded.
I usually just jump on the bike n' try and grind it out...sucks dealin' with injuries

my rear are leaking i was looking at the mazdaspeed springs and shocks. are they any good because i really dont see anyone with them. all around would be $750

Just ordered my fender 
from OnlineMazdaparts.com $234+$34 shipping for BRAND NEW Fender 
my local dealer must have up'ed their prices because they quoted me $365 today when I called sometime last year they had quoted me $234 same as onlinemazdaparts.com! Thats not bad bad for shipping considering that they are on the east coast and I am in Cali (west coast). 2- thumbs up.

I'll probably buy a stationary bike.
**** pisses me off though.
I've got enough endurance to run for an hour straight, but the pain stops me after five minutes.

tubing: yeah, tell me about it. Before i busted my knee my warm up runs would last 30 - 45 minutes - then i'd go into wind-sprints.
now i can barely do 10 wind sprints before my knee buckles n' i have to spend a week healing.

ACTUALLY change of plans... I bought the fender for $234 and had it shipped NEXT DAY AIR by UPS for only $50.... dude, im only ordering stuff from this dealer now.
