Atilla: Dozer and I had a long talk about priorities yesterday.

Basically, he's moving out and he is also unemployed, which means he can't afford to keep the car. His car payment is already one full unemployment check so he's going to have to get rid of it.

I told him that I would hate to see his car go but that would be the best choice right now, unfortunately.

moving out while unemployed is a bad idea.

you need to prioritize better then that.

that is true Dozer...i mean selling the car will last you for only so long....your goin to need a job...so maybe sell the car to pay off some of your bills and save the left over money until you get a job and find a place.

oh man...don't even get me started about priorities. I know all about them son's of bitches...i went from job to job to job to mother ******* job just to keep myself a float. I pay dues where i'm at and i'm still capable of enjoying the small things. Some things are out of reach - that's understandable but some things are attainable w/the right amount of determination and ambition. If you don't have these two things, then nothing will ever fall your way. Things won't happen unless you make it happen some times - and if you don't have what it takes to try then there's not reason to dream about ya know?

I guess i preach about it because that's all my life has been about. Since the day i got kicked outta my family i have taken nothing for granted and i've never let a set back stop me from moving forward. Take this set-back as nothing more than an opportunity to move laterally in life. Perspective is important - if you fix yourself on a goal sometimes we lose our drive. If you focus on your drive, you may lose the path to your goal. Being able to broaden your vision will help you understand how to achieve things and ulitimately how to avoid more setbacks.

iono - i'm just ranting now because it's a intricate topic to me n' i have lots of opinions regarding it...
