I don't visit 4chan for many reasons...

Sephy: that's an ok battle but the music was terrible. One is a classic west coast bot versus a freestyle battler. The freestyler had an advantage due to music so it was his to win. I would refer to their names but i never really watched the show. Both very talented tho by any standard - it was just a lil' lopsided imo. Phillip could've came out stronger...
iono - since i started popping again i noticed that certain songs are just more appropriate for the style. Typically a lot of the new beats that have been hitting the mainstream are breeding a new style. Not sure if you might've seen it but i feel it's a certain style that's been brewing - combining popping, bucking/krumping and traditional coreography (sp). I guess i gotta go search a vid of what i'm talkin' about

I understand tilla, and yeah, I personally felt phillip ( the frestyle battler) won, but everyone gave it to Robert because of his "unique moves" since no one had seen it before... I was just wondering if they were a distinct different between areas of dance. and I DO expect you to learn it! use it! dance it!
lol I have been noticing a change in music which has been instilling a change in dance, a lot of people are mixing krump, house, breaking, and normal hip hop moves all into one style. It's sick to think of, but in order to be a good dancer, now, you have to know all styles. That's where the status of dance is heading...
