I actually watched a few episodes of Segal's show. It was weird because they never showed any crazy stuff and I couldn't figure out why they hardly ever arrested people.
in one of the episodes, this guy was completely hammered, they pull him over, he's drunk but they let him go because his wife came to pick him up.

WTF?!

To be short: it means a lot

+38 will require a roll w/265's = tucked but nice

+25 will mean a roll and a slight pull w/some camber work. = flush but close

no need for 245's

you can run 255's or possibly 265's w/camber, roll, pull

if you are not familiar with tucking, rolling, or pulling or even camber than maybe the flush setup might not be for you...might be more of a headache than anythign else to get it right.
I say go with the +38

I have 19x10s in the back with 255s I cant for the life of me remember the offset but I didnt have to roll any fenders and it fit perfectly.

Atilla and a few others on here can attest to the fit of my wheels... its nice and snug.
