i just actually thought about what it means to 'get your panties in a bunch' - i can't imagine that as being very comfortable but i can't imagine that if i were a woman that it would alter my mood in any way 
i mean...when i'm running sometimes, my boxers will sometimes bunch up...but does that **** me off?? no...i'm too busy trying not to be a fatass to notice...
