Hmmm...count me in for the first trip. I'll bring the wifey so she can video/take pics for me, maybe even bring my daughter if she wants to go. Hope the weather will hold up that day .. it's been raining on and off this past few weeks.

Plenty of time to get to midnight service...

I just stated an approximate time 12:30-1 the cruise will be done and we'll stop for lunch. Safe to say that's mid-afternoon. Assuming we don't make any more than the planned stops we'll be good. Too many variables to give you an exact time. Hope this helps

Right. We assume at least an hour lunch and close to a 2 hour drive home. Thanks Jedi54

D'oh! Looks like I won't be able to make it. I just found out that my uncle's funeral will be on that day. I will go to this Saturday's SB meet though. <sigh> Getting old sucks...

Hmmm tire tread is very low. My rear has about 1/16" and front has about 1/8". I think I should purchase some T1R (http://www.toyo.com/tires/tire_lines...s_car/tr1.html) before the big cruz! What do you guys think?

Muhahahahaha! Before any of you guys replied I purchased and had T1R installed! I got a decent deal from Superauto Bachs. Got 245/40 installed with lifetime tire rotation of the tires for $870.00.

Pics here, also don't want to hi-jack this thread

Newcastle Hi-Jack ehhh???

BUMP DIGGITY BUMP!

I'm hyped up on this cruise ya'll! Turned the SE over today, checked my oil, it's CLEAN! Might have to add some coolant though, my REX is all set.

Your RX-8 should be too, please check the basics, and make sure your car is ready for this Enduro. I know our wallets aren't due to high gas prices, but make sure your tires aren't bald, cuz it's gonna be a long haul. Gary has checked the roads, and it's a GO for this Saturday. Hopefully the weather will hold up!! Let's see a line of 8's for this nice cruise!

Friendly Reminder: And folks, I just want to re-itterate, IT'S A CRUISE!! NOT A RACE! So please respect the rules of the game. We just want everyone to get home safely.
THANKS!

-Andy

Well, I changed my oil today and tommorrow I'm filling up the tranny with royal purple oil. Can't wait for the cruz and meeting some new rotorheads.

Yeah I will be doing a oil change before Sat. I am a bit concerned about my brake pads though. They have been squaking a bit. I got 28K on the stock pads with no track days.
