Tahoe and Snowmobile rentals/classes?
Has anyone snowmobiled in Tahoe? If so, which places teach you how to snowmobile and has trails that snowmobilers can ride around in?

Riding a snowmobile is not very hard, I never drove one before and all I did was hop on one and drove it, umm yeah you pull back the throttle and turn it where you want to go. Watch out for guys parachuting down on other snowmobiles with machine guns and rocket launchers trying to take you out because your a spy like James Bond and stuff.

Icemastr -- do all the Tahoe ski resorts have snowmobile rentals and stuff? Or is it limited to a certain set of slopes and locations? I want to go snowmobiling over ski/boarding only because my knee is still healing from acl surgery.
So, if you know of some resorts in tahoe, can you share![Smilie](https://www.rx8club.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)

I don't know of any resorts that cut you loose on the slopes but I did a guided snowmobile tour in Lake Tahoe and it was pretty cool. http://www.zephyrcove.com/ . They take you through the mountains. Believe me, if you can drive a car you can drive a snowmobile, it's easy. Here's me and da wife.
