it is a sit down joint. a normal resturant. real causal you can show up in flip flop and scarf and they will serve you. according to my 5day forcast it should be in the low to mid 60s. i'm unsure of the view because i've never been. it's in garden grove so expect a lot of vietnamese i believe and a lot of asians and fillipinos like to go to this place and conditon of roads should be pretty decnt..normal paved roads.

graphics card and RAM are the easiest cures

Usually those two but Aion was built from the ground up to run on a duo-core or 64bit. It also runs on the Crytek engine (Crysis) which almost no one can run on maximum settings yet. RAM and a video card won't help much with Aion.
