bump for the store opening in a couple days.
I spoke to the service manager today. From what he said, this place is going to have an excellent service department. Including master mechanics certified on rotary engines. This is great news for the people of the inland valley. We are about 50-60 miles away from any other Mazda stores.
I have another meeting with the General Manger ( aka . . Da Man ) later today. I will keep you all posted on the progress of the store, and hopefully get an official 'opening day'.

I had a chance to speak to the service manager the other day. I guess they had a TON of Mazda master mechanics apply. So we know their service department will do great work.

I bought my 8 at John Hine in San Diego. They are a great dealership and the service department is also top notch. I am hoping this dealership has a solid service department. Escondido is worthless but I hate driving all the way to the original John Hine for service.
