OK everyone,
Just called F1 and their schedule is wide open, so I say we hit them up as soon as they open (11 am). That way we beat the mid afernoon heat and hopefully any Monsoon storms that might develop. See you all this Sunday (7/18) at 11 am.

Everyone,
Apologies for the late notice this month. Our October event, originally scheduled as the Halloween Run up through Skull Valley AZ and into Prescott has been changed due to a mid-afternoon family commitment. In an attempt to shorten up the day, we will be heading out to Tortilla Flats.
Meet at the Waffle House just North of U.S. 60 and Idaho Road in Apache Junction at 9:30 am for a 10 am departure.
We'll stop at the Flats for lunch and door prizes before heading back into town around 2 pm.
Hope to see you there!

Official Event 2: Saturday, November 20th – RCCAZ 10th Anniversary Celebration. Current plans are to meet mid-day for a group club photo shoot (photo location TBD). Following that, we’ll be heading over to BHR and AZRR’s new shop location near Tempe Marketplace for a tour, rotary cake, and some door prizes. After that, we’ll be heading the Scottsdale Pavillions for their Saturday evening car show for anyone who’s interested.

From RCCAZ:
Unofficial event: Cars & Coffee, Saturday, November 6th from 7 to 10 am.
November CARS & COFFEE , This Saturday, November 6th at the Gainey Ranch Shopping (South east corner of Scottsdale Rd and East Via DeVentura). Cars start showing up between 7 and 8 am and usually hang out until 10 or 11 am. This is probably the BEST monthly gathering of car enthusiasts in the Valley. Everything from rotaries to exotics will be there!! Note Via De Ventura changes to Double Tree between Scottsdale road and Hayden, so if coming Northbound on Scottsdale Rd to get there look for Double Tree.
NOTE: A number of cars will be leaving at 10 this week to go to Arizona C.A.R.S. open house for some demos on window tinting and clear bra installations. Also the Jaguar Club of Central Arizona is holding their annual Concours d'Elegance in Old Town Scottsdale. Cars should be in place by 10AM followed by judging 12-4 PM.
Official Event 1: Saturday, November 13th (10 am to 5 pm) - 7th Annual Ahwatukee Car and Motorcycle Show.
See attached flyer. Bring an unwrapped toy (Toys for Tots) or Nonperishable food items for St. Mary’s FoodBank. Car and Motorcycle registration is $10. Sign up here on AZMC.com.

I have not seen any new info about the photo shoot for 10 Anniversary Party. Tim has been slacking. So hopefully he'll show up and chime in. I'm 90% sure I'm not making the Anniversary party. It's my wedding anniversary, so um yeah.
Also AZMC is having their Nov Club meeting and Thanksgiving party (pot-luck style).

Everyone,
In an attempt to choose a date that most everyone can make, I've decided to move our 10th Anniversary Celebration from this Saturday, November 20th, to Saturday, December 18th. I learned last weekend that the monthly AZMC meeting is this Saturday which would have affected rotary turnout. Hope most of you can make the 18th!!
Saturday, December 18th – RCCAZ 10th Anniversary Celebration. Current plans are to meet early afternoon at BHR and AZRR’s new shop location near Tempe Marketplace for a tour, rotary cake, and some door prizes. Following that, we’ll be heading the Scottsdale Pavilions for a club pic in the parking lot of 5-N-Diner (where it all began) and then the Saturday evening Pavilions car show for anyone who’s interested.
