Tint

Trigger,
Don't hold out on us man! Where's the place you went to?
I took my last car to a place called Tint Connection on Newport and it looked great! (at first)
It's been about 5 years now and it's starting to bubble a little tiny bit (I'm super picky when it comes to things like this)
I took it in last week for an inspection and I should be getting it retinted next week.
Is the place good? Yeah, I see quite a few top end cars there but the tint did eventually have problems...
My point here is that I would go back with my RX BUT I'd like to try some place else that someone could recommend me to... (Trigger: hint hint, wink wink)

No offense, but if I went back to a tint place 5 years later, and they were going to re-tint my car at no cost to me, I would call that EXCELLENT customer service - and, I would continue to give business to someone that treated their customers so FAIR - what more could you ask?

Riccio,
You're right about the serivce being excellent but retinting my vehicle was part of my original purchase...Lifetime Warranty!
The problem here is that the back window is getting redone and there's no guarantee that my rear defroster will survive this fiasco.

I got it done here.. they are in Mission Viejo, guarantee their work, and has pictures of other cars they've tinted. Including my car. :P
If they can tint a Dodge Viper, SL500s, and other classic cars, they can tint mine.
Btw, I'm picture 201. :P And yes that's a real dog, very smart too.

I got a pretty light one.. if I had to do it again, I would go darker... darker the better. Might as well since the police will give you a stupid fix it ticket for light or dark tint.

He is a local racer that I have known for a year or so, very nice guy, did a great job. He has a shop or he will come to you. He did our RX8, 35% tint all around, and our SUV. If you call him or visit one of the locations he works from only he will tint your car, he does not have some clowns do it after he makes the deal, he is 100% hands on and very carefull.
