grrr...I dont even want to talk about that hood. Its been nothing but a nightmare. The guy from mazdaparts really helped me out at first trying to get it to me before the carshow I was going to. It got into town on time, but not to my house on time...so that sucked. Then I come back and on Monday they tell me I have to come pick it up myself (I paid $150 to get it shipped to my house). So me and 2 friends drive down there and meet my dad and his truck there...the box wouldnt fit in the bed of the truck so we had to take the hood out of the box and leave the box there.... THEN we unwrapped it and noticed its like the most poor quality carbon fiber ive ever seen. Its got like spots that are the right color and then the rest of the hood has like this milky white tint. We took it to three different shops in town and they all said that the hood is worth no where near $600...more like $150 and that I got really ripped off for a poor quality hood like that. So I called Seibon to try and get them to take it back, but Mazdaparts.com isnt an euthorized seibon dealer so they wont...so now I have to deal through Matt, which I really didnt want to do because he really tried to help me out...but I mean im not keeping this hood...its worthless. One of my friends is even talking about suing, theyre jumping to conclusions (he's a lawyer thoguh so I guess thats his job) lol and thats not gonna happen unless someone serisouly tries to stick me with this hood lol. Wow, I kinda vented a lil there lol...it really is one of the most stressful things ive dealt with in awhile, it sucks.

Seibon will give you 6 months in warranty for your hood when purchased.. Was the hood used, or what is brand new? Because those black spots shouldnt be there at all, If its a brand new hood. When I got my hood, It was in great condition. There wasnt a thing wrong with it.. I was also wondering why they didnt ship your hood at your hood, especially If you paid for the shipping!! If I was you though, I'd return it to them get your money back, and order directly from seibon.

Ya already tried seibon, they wouldnt take it back cause mazdaparts.com isnt an authorized seibon dealer. I sent Matt the pics of the hood, but he said he needs some pics from 5ft away too...so I gotta wait till my friend can bring over his camera again...cause I broke mine. And ya they didnt ship it to my house cause I had to be there to sign for it I guess but I work full time and go to school full time. They said they would bring it Monday (presidents day) but then called me back and said they had no drivers, so I was just like forget it...ima have to go get it myself if I ever want it...so I did. lol

o and it should have been brand new, thats what I paid for. Everyone that I show it to says it looks REALLY used though...it sucks. What a nightmare
