Visiting Phoenix Next Week - Would love to see some 8s...maybe a Turbo!

Don't count on it getting "done". It could be a few weeks of experimentation before you have a completely satisfactory result.
Remember, I don't have datalogs of a stock 4-port's fueling, so we will be flying blind.
Should be safe to drive to 75% after a few hours, though.
What time do you want to meet up?

The e-manage is going to disable the OEM WBO2S in boost, but it is active off-boost.
That is why we need a stand-alone WBO2S for tuning.
I have an LM-1 permanently installed in mine, though I don't have a CAT so I put the sensor further down-stream to keep the heat out of it. Since Dave has a CAT, it will need to go just before the CAT.

Guys,
Poker Run planned departure time from Keegan's is approximately 11 am. Not sure if that fits into your "tuning" schedule or not. Quite frankly, the only reason I posted this message was to get Maniac to post again so I could see his Avatar "once again."

You are only 15 or 20 minutes away from where I live.
I'm waiting to hear from Dave about his plans.
Niki and I are probably going to go eat in Tempe (unless I cook something at home - depends on which she prefers). I'll give you a ring if we go out and you can meet us!

Were meeting up at the western dead-end of Pecos rd (its about 27th ave at that point) in about 30 minutes or so (11:15pm).
We'll probably be dragging up and down between there and Desert Foothills Pkwy for an hour or so (pending local law enforcement interference).
We'll probably take a break or two here and there to cool things down or make adjustments.
My house is at 15th ave and Mountain Sky, which is just a 1/2 mile or so north of Pecos.

Great. Now we need to turn up the boost gradually.
The wastegate, as it stands, is only giving him 3 to 4 PSI, with a spike at the beginning of about 6 and a gradual loss above 6000 RPM to almost nothing.
A/Fs are pretty much 11:1 across the board.
I pulled a little timing around the torque peak just to be safe, but intake temps can get fairly high because of where the filter is picking up air.
I think we saw 120°F+ if the car was allowed to sit for just a minute in 70°F ambient air.
The temps start to fall when the vehicle is moving, but they really shouldn't be over 15°F above ambient with a good air pickup.
Ask Dave about his nuts.
