I don't like the Swift springs, the drop on them are only 0.8 inches for both front and rear. The spring rate is only 168lbs in front and 118lbs in the rear.
The RSR are 1.2 inches in the front and 0.8 in the rear. A more aggressive drop in my opinion. The springs are stiffer than Swifts too. They are 187lbs in the front and 122lbs in the rear, alot better in my opinion.

Stock spring rate is in 156lbs in front and 113lbs in the rear.
So, here's the breakdown:
Stock-
Front: 156lbs
Rear: 113lbs
Swift-
Front: 168lbs and 0.8 inch drop
Rear: 118lbs and 0.8 inch drop
