Ya Toneskii we'll for sure have to meet up and head out, get two 8's with some spay would be badass. and if Silvere8 came too it would be even better, he's got the sexy hood, and lowering kit i think. would be nice to see another setup.

Ya Wednesdays are a little hard for me but I can get off work early or something we should plan a day maybe late this month or next month and I gotta a friend with a surprisingly fast celica whos down to go also or we can make it an 8 thang.

Well this Wednesday looks to be on and weather conditions are prime. i'll totally get something set up to where i'll ask Dave the dude in charge to save me X amount of spots, the dude is real nice and since i've done the drift class and been to many drag nights, and the R8 photo shoot he's got to know me a lil. so hmm i'll look ahead and see a good weather day and maybe lunch before or something.

either or just seeing what would be best or something, btw on lake view i got pulled over because he wanted to check my exhaust to make sure i could pass smogg, long story short he smells the California plant (but its all good cause its legal for me with the doctor card) and he rights fake info after BS citation numbers, but i'm fighting it and i happened to RECORD THE WHOLE DAMN thing on my cell phone lol yeah cause i'm that smart. but yeah hope to see ya all there tomorrow.

i usually leave my house at like 2:30 takes like 30 - 45 to get there if i drive slow, just because i like to show up early and make sure i get a spot and i like to talk to Dave the dude in charge, and go through the inspection rather fast. Last wednesday was so great didn't see any 8's there lol but there were some pretty fast cars. 3/25 i'll be going with my 350z buddy (its an auto lol) and a few civic guys hope to get a few 8's there as well. and it takes

No offense but neither the AP Tune, RP supercat, OBX header or nitrous are CARB legal. Did he send you to the referee? If not then he was nice or uneducated. The referee is a $350+ fine plus you have to fix it.
Marijuana is not legal to have in the passenger compartment of a car, card or no card. Also smoking it within an hour or 2 before driving is a good way to get a DUI.

You really dont know laws then.... i can have up to 5 pounds or 60 plants which can not equal more than 5 pounds at a time, thats why when he took my Meds he had to give it back and couldn't do anything about it because if he were to take it, that would be against the law of california and he has no federal authority either, also a law was just passed that prevents Feds from entering california to raid or inprision medical patients. just a FYI for you. and yeah i went to court yesterday and won, only had to pay the front licence plate fine. BOOOO YAH

23222(b) VC. It is the equivalent to the alcohol open container law. It says that anyone who posses less then an ounce of marijuana in a vehicle is guilty of a misdemeanor. There is also H&S sections for having more then an ounce.
Yes they can take the marijuana as evidence, no they dont have to give it back unless the judge says so.
However, most courts/district attorney's in California dont want to get in a pissing contest with the feds over a little marijuana. The ticket is considered an arrest and it goes on your record which is all the Officer usually wants. So if they find more then an ounce or you are cought driving DUI on marijuana, the DE has a history that you carry marijuana in your vehicle and they are more likely to prosecute.
If you want to do use Marijuana, thats your business but for everones safety please keep it out of your system when driving and it would behoove you to keep it in the truck unless you want to keep going to court. I am not trying to scold you about your marijuana, just want to make sure you know the possible implications of your actions.

This is not a Marijuana thread so I will keep it short. Everyone know that you can get a medical marijuana card for almost anything and then you can have 5 pounds of Marijuana. What i said was that its the possession in the car that is illegal.
