M Theory: Code Red

I live in Santa Barbara and I am trying to find a place that tints windows in Ventura/Oxnard area. I don't want to just go to any old shop or I would go here locally. The problem is, the best place here in town won't put 20% on my front windows, and other places like to leave finger prints under the tint and scratch your paint. Can anyone recommend a spot to get 20% all the way around and not break the bank? Trying to stay under 2 bills if possible.
