CA 04 BB 6spd tasteful mods

Time to part with my favorite piece of automotive marvel to date. Prefer a trade (leaning towards Subarus, but very open minded.) or selling for what I would hope to be $9,500. Although I will be entertaining all reasonable offers. Even a trade with cash on top, or cash with a non-auto trade,
I took these pics before doing the laminex on the fog lights, also before I de-badged the front bumper and added the carbon fiber air duct for the intake.

2004 Black Rx8
CLEAN title. Pink in hand.
6spd
121,500 mi on car.
27,xxx mi on NEW motor. Still have receipt from Browning Mazda.
Cloth interior w/o sunroof

Bilstein PSS9 coilovers
Agency Power Front/rear 3-way adjustable sway bars
Agency Power Front/rear Adjustable Heim-joint sway bar links
Energy Suspension FULL polyurethane bushing set
Stoptech Rotors F/R
Stoptech F/R pads (installed)
ACT HDSS clutch and pressure plate w/ heavy duty release bearing
ACT ProLite flywheel
Unorthodox Underdrive pulley set
K&N GenII intake
CF bumper air duct (similar to z33 style)
TurboXS 3” exhaust with custom dual resonator cat-less midpipe (cat is currently installed, you’ll receive this piece uninstalled)
18x8.5 Rota P1’s w/ 245/35zr18 Federal 595-RSR (DOT r-comps[w/functional TPMS])
3000k fog lights with yellow laminex and no reflectors (bright as all hell)
JBL speakers F/R
iPod aux input (not shitty headphone plug, charges also.

The Bad:
CEL/MIL is on because the electronic air injection valve took a ****, it does NOT affect drivability, just makes it difficult to smog
The Driver window goes up and down, but need a little assistance in a few spots. It’s either the regulator, or motor. I haven’t had the time to take it apart to check. Each part runs about $85 brand new. Like I said, it still goes up and down, it seals fine, it just needs a little help through 2-3 spots.
The right rear rim has a VERY small hairline crack on the inside lip, the tire is fine, no blister, it loses about 5psi every 2 weeks. I honestly don’t really notice it because I check the air pressure weekly. WheelsAmerica quoted me $80 to repair it.
Last thing, don’t know if it’s really a “bad” thing or not. I recently lost my job and the registration was due 4/8, it is NOT late, there are NO backed fees. I just had to register it as PNO for now so it wouldn’t accumulate late fees. Honestly did it in the best interest of everyone, myself or someone who may become the new owner.

Bump? Have a car lined up, pending my sale. Reasonable offers are going to be heavily considered.
