Be sure to let me know when you reserve your room so that I can add your name to the confirmed list. Those that buy Ts in advance will be added automaticaly. There is a cut off day on the room special rate so you may wish to register now!!!! If you have already registered let me know as it is not easy getting a list out of the Orleans.

Thank you kind sir. All money collected from the sale of Ts and raffle tickets is spent to reimburse for purchases, expenses and for the betterment of the event.
If you regester for a room at Orleans then no, you do not need to buy a T in advance. If you are using other lodging then I would appreciate the purchase of the T in advance. Purchase of the T is not a prerequisite to attendance but it does help defray the costs for all the other little things that make this event happen every year. If we figure everyone who posts is coming then only half show up we are stuck with costs based upon the projected attendance. If you purchase the T in advance then the majority of those costs are covered. If you purchase a T shirt or use Orleans for your lodging then we can figure that you are really coming and can plan accordingly. We do not receive any income or kick backs on the Hotel rooms but if you register for a room then chances are you are really going to attend and then hopefully buy a T and/or raffle tickets. The Hotel rooms are what makes Orleans want to have us at their Hotel so the more we get to stay there insures that we get discount rates next year and maybe more.
Thank you to those that are PMing me with their names for the list. Please include your real first name, the real fist name of your passinger and the rotary you are going to bring (RX8 or 1st Gen 7, etc).
You will have a good time, you may not remember it , but you will have a good time
.
WHiV Swag this is the link to the Swag (I hope).

A German band plays and the noise, laughing and crying from the group almost drowns out the band. If you remember in years past, parking is a problem at the Hoffbrau House so this year there will be two easy alternative ways offered to get to the Hoffbrau House. A free shuttle service will be offered by the Orleans to and from the location (tip extra). Again this year there will be Limo Service available from the Orleans to the Hoffbrau house and back again. The limo service will be $30.00 per person if paid in advance and $35.00 (tip included) after May 1,2011. There is a limit of 20 persons for the limo service. You can prepay with PayPal www.WhatHappensInVegasMeet.com
SUNDAY MAY 22
SCENIC CRUSE
10am until 12 noon:
We will have a short cruise to Red Rock and it will take less than 30 minutes to get there and there is a paved, 13 mile, one-way scenic drive (open from dawn to dusk), within the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area boundaries. There is a fee for using this road of less than $10.00 (should be $7.00 but you know the park service). Very Scenic, very twisty and a good place to say good by to Las Vegas. The end of the loop is within 5 miles of the express way in case you are leaving after the cruise
End of WHiV4...Hope you all had a good time
PARKING
Orleans is providing an area that will be watched very closely in the West Parking Garage. We will be parking in the area where the executives of the Hotel park. It is well patrolled and the cameras do work. Security is planning on having a foot patrol thru the parking area along with random vehicle patrols.
In the coming weeks we may post some additional information on the meet.

If you wish to be a confirmed attendee to this event and receive free rememberances, you must preregister for the hotel room or purchase a T shirt prior to the day of the event. All those preregistering or becoming confirmed prior to the event will receive additional free items the day of the event, including the traditional beer mug. See page one post one for additional information, contact your area leader or just PM "Phil's 8"
For those rotary owners that do not wish to use the Orleans Hotel or do not wish to purchase a T, you are still WELCOME.

I/we just wanted to take a moment to thank all that have been involved in the artwork thusfar. There is a flavor of chun's original work with a seph element embedded in it giving it a slighty different spin, I feel she assumed an unviable situation and kicked it's ***. Sadly there were modifications as we had to switch printers and they whined the detail was too great
The hope and goal is the edited portions will resuface in a different way perhaps on the mugs or water bottles or etc etc of the other goodies associated with WHiV4
I will be more then happy to take care of your round at WHIV seph
