Help: Clicking noise coming from brakes.

I had a horrible accident in the snow about 3 weeks ago where i slid and hit a curb. It broke my Upper and Lower control arm. Abs Brake Sensor, Tie rod end, and Sway Bar Link as well as messing up my rim.

I have gotten the everything fixed but the ABS sensor and Sway Bar Link by my mechanic. (Still working on the funds for my Sway/ABS/Rim) However, i began driving it and noticed violent scraping coming from the brakes with every wheel revolution. It stoped when the brakes were pressed. It wasn't the brake pads, but the rotor was bent, causing the pads to scrape every time the bent part of the rotor was on the caiper. I just changed both the rotors and pads this morning. But now when i drive, the violent sound is gone, but now i hear a soft clicking/knock sound at the same area where the wheel hit. (i can tell because there is a huge scratch where the rim hit that marks the area where the clicking noise begins. Could this be an axle problem? Do i need to replace my rim.

Does the clicking disappear as you brake? Try checking the fasteners/clips that hold the brake pads in place. Sometimes, it may be bent causing the pads to freely move, slightly hitting the calipers.

There is a clicking sound when i brake as well. That is one of them, however there is still a small sound that happens with each wheel revolution.

I can't suggest anything else besides going under and really look for things that are coming in contact with each other.

You were indeed right about the rattling noise, it was brake pad moving freely up and down in the brake pad housing on the caliper. They fell off during my rotor installation and i installed the new pads without them. I cannot seem to find out where to get these little things from?
