Picture of harmonic balance pulley after being reiinstalled. As is clearly visible in this picture, the stud I used to replace the original bolt was very close to the balance pulley. To fix this clearance problem I carefully cutoff the end of the stud right at the face of the new nut with a cutoff wheel.
